Processing Time All Tape Worn Edges products are made to order. Production typically takes 2–5 business days before your order is dispatched.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- New Zealand: 3–7 business days
- Australia: 5–10 business days
- USA: 7–15 business days
- UK/EU: 7–15 business days
- Rest of World: 10–20 business days
These are estimates and may vary depending on your location and seasonal demand.
Shipping Costs Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping is available on New Zealand orders over NZD $250 (excludes some product lines).
Multiple Items Orders containing multiple items may be fulfilled from different locations and could arrive in separate packages. Don't worry — it's all on its way!
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your order's journey.
Customs & Import Fees International orders may be subject to customs fees or import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are outside our control.
