Returns Policy
Because all Tape Worn Edges products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or incorrect sizing. We encourage you to check our size guide carefully before purchasing.
Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of receiving your order at tapewornedges@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We'll make it right with a replacement or full refund — no need to return the item.
How to Request a Refund or Replacement Email us at tapewornedges@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. Once approved, refunds are processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank to process the payment.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please get in touch.
Sale Items & Gift Cards We do not offer refunds on sale items or gift cards.
European Union Orders If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Your Statutory Rights Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or any other applicable consumer protection legislation.
