By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase.

4. Shipping

Shipping times are estimates only and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or customs processes. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.

5. Returns & Refunds

As our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 14 days of receipt at tapewornedges@gmail.com and we will arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
